HAIRDRESSER BLOGGER POLICIES

We strive to provide the finest possible service to each and every client who walks through our doors. As a result, some basic policies have been implemented.

NO SHOWS

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a fee equal to 25% of the booking.

 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice.

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations within 2 days or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 25% of the booking.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

LATE FOR APPOINTMENT 

If you are more than 15min late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

UNAVOIDABLE EMERGENCY

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
